Please note the following:
Photographs are always subject to environmental influences, their aesthetics and quality can change and fade due to improper handling. We recommend that you never hang your purchased artwork in direct sunlight, do not deviate from the normal humidity of living rooms or place it directly over radiators so that you can enjoy it for a long time. Acrylic glass in particular is extremely sensitive and should therefore only be transported and mounted with suitable protection to avoid stains and scratches.
Prints, photographs and frames are expressly NOT suitable for basements, damp rooms, kitchens and outdoor areas.

With our terms and conditions we pursue the goal of regulating the business relationship between you and us in a fair and binding manner. Therefore, the following General Terms and Conditions of artnorama UG are always the basis of an order and a contract, the knowledge and inclusion of which you acknowledge and agree to by placing an order and commissioning with us. § 1 Scope of application
For a business relationship between artnorama UG, Hamburg, trading under the brand artnorama UG (hereinafter referred to as artnorama for short), and the purchaser, the following General Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order. artnorama does not recognise deviating terms and conditions of the ordering party, unless artnorama has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. The products selected by you via the “Add to shopping cart” button are summarised once again in an order overview at the end of the ordering process. Here you can check all the information provided during the ordering process and add to or correct it using the “adjust” button. By clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay”, you send your order data and make a binding declaration to artnorama that you wish to purchase the products listed there (offer). We automatically accept your offer upon receipt of your order. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive an order and contract confirmation by email, in which the details of your order are listed again. The text of your order will be stored by us and can be sent to you on request after completion of your order. artnorama recommends that you print out the order details and the General Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of ordering for your security. German is available to you as the contract language. Please note that we sell all products in household quantities only.
§ 3 Revocation
Since our works are not prefabricated, but are only made upon completion of your order, the right of revocation is excluded according to § 312 g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.
Should a work be delivered to you in an imperfect condition, our warranty applies in accordance with §9 (see below).
§ 4 Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address you specify in the order. As we comprehensively check, sign and certify the goods before dispatch, the delivery time within Germany is approx. 10 working days or a maximum of 3 weeks; abroad approx. 15 working days or a maximum of 4 weeks.
§ 5 Certificate of authenticity with signature
For security reasons, artnorama will only send the certificate of authenticity with the work details and edition information to the purchaser (person or company) separately and only with a time delay. The certificate will be sent exclusively by registered mail personalised to the order address. The warranty period begins with the receipt of the certificate of authenticity. Should you need to make use of the warranty, you are obliged to return the unused and undamaged certificate of authenticity to artnorama on the same day as the artwork is returned, only separately by registered mail with return receipt or by courier. The certificate of authenticity may not be sent and transported together with the artwork. No exchange or refund of the purchase price will be made without receipt of the certificate of authenticity. Use of the Certificate of Authenticity on the artwork, frame, lamination or elsewhere will void the warranty.
§ 6 Prices, due date and payment, default
All prices stated in the online shop are final prices including VAT.
The shipping costs are not included in the price of the order and will be added to this in each case. Information on shipping costs can be found in § 7 of these GTC.

In the event that the ordering party raises an unjustified objection to the payment, artnorama may demand a processing fee of EUR 5.00 from the ordering party.
§ 7 Shipping costs
Artnorama charges the following shipping costs for deliveries within Germany:
0 – 30cm – € 6,00 – Premium Service not available
31 – 60cm – € 9,90 – Premium-Service not available
61 – 99cm – € 12,90 – Premium-Service not available
100 – 124cm – € 14,90 – Premium Service not available
125 – 200cm – € 36,00 – Premium Service plus € 65,00
201 – 279cm – € 109,00 – Premium Service plus € 92,00
Please select the desired country when ordering online, the shipping costs will be shown according to the selection. For mixed orders, the highest applicable flat rate is shown once. If, due to the size of an order, it has to be divided into several shipments or special logistics have to be commissioned, the purchaser will incur additional costs for shipping.
In such a case, artnorama will contact you after receipt of the order.
§ 8 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of artnorama until full and final payment has been made.
§ 9 Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty rights shall apply unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If you, as the purchaser, are an entrepreneur in accordance with § 14 BGB (German Civil Code), your claims for defects presuppose that you have fulfilled your statutory obligations to inspect and give notice of defects (§§ 377, 381 HGB). If a defect becomes apparent during the inspection or later, we must be notified of this in writing without delay. The notification shall be deemed to be made without delay if it is made within two weeks, whereby the timely dispatch of the notification shall suffice to meet the deadline. Irrespective of this obligation to inspect and give notice of defects, you must notify us in writing of obvious defects (including incorrect and short deliveries) within two weeks of delivery, whereby timely dispatch of the notification shall also suffice to meet the deadline. In the event of a defect in the goods, artnorama will, at your discretion, first make a subsequent delivery or rectify the defect. If the subsequent improvement fails or if the subsequently delivered goods are also defective, you may return the goods for a refund of the full purchase price. If you fail to properly inspect the goods and/or notify us of the defect, we shall not be liable for the defect not reported.
§ 10 No grant of rights
With the purchase of a photographic print you only acquire the real property of the print. No other rights of use are granted. Any reproduction (duplication), distribution, rental, making available to the public or other analogue or digital exploitation is not permitted, unless authorised by law. However, you may resell the artwork.
§ 11 Erhebung, Verarbeitung und Nutzung von persönlichen Daten
